Hello, this is Nhu Nguyen, Modern DEsign Salon owner. I just received my order, which is #10989A, and its wrong.
I ordered 6 lash serums and 6 brow serums. But it came only 13 lash serums. Please advice me what to do. I needed the brow serums too!

I have lost money purchasing LiLash's product. There is nobody there to honor their money back guarantee.

I ordered Lilash serum and it was delivered about 10 days later, then when I opened the bottle, it was empty. There was no serum inside.
It was all dry. Then, when I try to email the Support@***.com, the Error message kept me from sending them any email about the issue.

I have been using LiLash serum for over 5 years. In the past, I was fairly pleased with your product.
I ordered and received a new supply in September of 2020. This tube does Not appear to be working at all. My lashes are thin and fewer in number than before. Did I perhaps get a defective tube of serum?
What do you suggest I do.
I will not re-order again until I see positive results. Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.

I am not getting good results with the serum which I have been using for 6 years now. Initially, my lashes gre longer and were curly. Now my lashes are much thinner and fewer tan ever.
My last order was received in September of 2020. I paid $150.00.

My husband bid on the fake LiLash not knowing it was the Scam Product. I have the blue purple color box.

I purchased Demi size.Well I am using it for 5 nights, only on the top eyelashes. I gave already developed dark circles around the eyes.
Exactly same happened with Lattisse .So I am assuming there are some medical ingredients in it.Last night actually I woke up with burning, itching eyes.I had to do cold compresses and use eye tears gel, to soothe the irritation.
104.00 vasted. I think I will go to try natural approach, with castor oil and vitamin E .

I have used lilash twice. Both times it took between 6-8 weeks, but both times I saw dramatic length all of a sudden.
It really does work initially. It gives you about 3 months of improved eyelashes, 1 month of insanely long lashes (where you are asked daily if your lashes are real). BUT heres the part they don't tell you- after this period you are left with none! Both times just as I was about to run out of serum my long lashes disappeared and boom, shortest lashes in the world (my lashes are naturally average in length).
Takes a good month for them to come right and I would reccommend getting extensions during this period.
ALSO I once bought a serum off of ebay.
Dont buy off of ebay. It did not work because it isnt the real thing
